Massanutten Dog Friendly Hotel

Looking for a traditional hotel experience and don’t want to travel without your canine bestie? Massanutten Dog Friendly Hotel is the perfect answer. Located near the Ski Area, Base Camp, the Family Adventure Park, Campfire Grill, and Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club. Our hotel rooms can accommodate up to 4 people per room. You will have the option of either one king bed and one sleeper sofa or two queen beds.

Pet fee is included in the price of the room for these dog friendly hotel rooms only. Maximum of two dogs per room, weighing no more than 70 pounds each.

All hotels include the following:

Coffee makers
Iron & ironing board
Refrigerator
TV (with cable)
Sitting area
Balcony
Shared microwaves on the second floor

Dog Friendly Policies

Guests will be required to sign a release of liability and waiver (found here) stating that they understand and will adhere to all dog rules (listed below). Additional fees may be charged if significant extra cleaning is required after your stay. Maximum two dogs per room.
At this time, no dogs over 70 lbs. or pets other than dogs are allowed on the Resort.
Your dog(s) must be fully trained, appropriately restrained, and comply with local legislation requirements.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated, and proof must be made available to resort staff if required.
Dogs must have current nametag with identification and current rabies tag to be worn at all times.
Dogs must be kept on a leash (maximum length 6 feet) at all times while on resort property unless they are in a designated fenced dog park.
Resort staff shall have the sole discretion to determine if the Pet Policy is being violated or if a dog is infringing on the enjoyment of other guests. Service dogs are exempt from the Pet Policy and are welcome in all public areas around the resort. For more Resort ADA info, please visit www.massresort.com/accessibility.
Dogs to be kept on a leash in all public areas.
Dogs are allowed in outdoor parks, dog-friendly condo areas, and outside dining at VA BBQ & Pizza Co, Base Camp, and Campfire Grill.
Dogs are not allowed inside of public resort buildings including the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, recreation centers, inside dining locations, The Spa at Massanutten, Massanutten Conference Center, ski lodge, and ski/bike rental shop.
Dogs are not allowed on the golf courses, chairlift rides, and indoor/outdoor pools & public buildings.
Dogs are not allowed at resort sponsored activities/events.
The guest (dog owner) is responsible for cleaning up after your dog while on the property.
If you are leaving your dog alone in the room, please use the door sign to indicate that your dog is in there unattended. No attempt will be made by Resort staff to enter your room if a dog is present in the room unattended. The guest (dog owner) must be in the room when it is being serviced.
Please be mindful that we have a “no barking” policy. Barking must be curtailed to ensure fellow guests are not inconvenienced, both in your guest room and in the public areas. Extra fees, up to but not limited to, full room rate compensation may be assessed to your account if the dog causes disturbances leading to compensation for other guests.
You (dog owner) is responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by your dog.

Eagle Trace®
These charming condos are town-house style. They feature two-bedrooms, sleeping 12, or can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos, which each sleep 6. (Sleeps 4 privately.)

The Summit®
Summit condos are Gold Crown, four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 which can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Summits were built in the townhouse style and offer scenic mountain views. Some of these condos are very close to the ski slopes!

Massanutten Resort Hotels
Our newly renovated hotel rooms sleep up to 4 occupants and offer a choice of 1 king size bed with a sleep sofa or 2 queen size beds. All rooms include coffee makers, refrigerators, color TV, cable, telephone, balcony and sitting area.

These beautiful Valley condos are four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 and can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Woodstone Meadows® was built in the townhouse style.

Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo®
The official name for these charming condos is Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo® meaning Country House. These condos are two-bedroom condos sleeping 8 which can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos each sleeping 4.

Regal Vista®
An exclusive resort experience, Regal Vista® is our newest condo area. True to their name, Regal Vista® offer expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while overlooking the resort area of Woodstone Meadows®. This private, gated community is home to an outdoor pool, picnic area, and workout facility.

An authentic Blue Ridge experience, our Mountain accommodations offer year-round breathtaking views and exposure to the natural wildlife. This is all sure to enhance your vacation experiences.
