What the FWAF?! Stand-Up Comedy at the Nut! Yep, you read that right—comedy is coming to Massanutten! Don’t miss this kick-off event featuring The Funny Womacks & Friends (aka FWAF [f-wahf]!). Since 2018, FWAF (formerly X2 Comedy) has been delivering hilarious clean-ish comedy shows packed with top-tier talent—local, regional, and national with the best in the biz around from rising stars to comedy vets—keeping audiences coming back for more in the Shenandoah Valley and beyond.

The Funny Womacks (Dawn & Chris Womack), are a married comedy duo with 25 years of love and laughs under their belts. With Dawn’s warm, witty charm and Chris’s dry, clever zingers, they’re the heart behind FWAF Show and producers of the annual Cave Comedy Fest.Making his Massanutten debut is Farmer Tony—a city escapee turned farm-to-fork restauranteur and comedy newcomer with roots in Luray and punchlines fresh off the pasture.Taylor Reschka delivers a dose of lovable confusion and quick wit, drawing on his full-time photography life and full-time human experience to capture what’s hilariously real.Next up, it’s Chris Porter, a Fredericksburg favorite with wins at the Richmond Funny Bone and Electric Palm Spring competitions. His confident delivery and sharp takes on life’s absurdities leave crowds laughing long after the mic drops. Closing the night is our headliner David Beck, a seasoned road comic with decades of experience performing across the country and the globe—including shows for the U.S. military. With appearances on Fox Sports radio, Comedy Time Network, and more, David brings a big-time comedy vibe you won’t want to miss!
