Krispy Kreme DoughNUT Eating Contest
benefiting Therapeutic Adventures
Do you think you can eat a doughnut with your hands behind your back the fastest? Trophies will be awarded to winners! This contest is open to children ages 4 - 17 years old. Adults, don’t worry, if we have doughnuts left over we are calling you up to participate!
Friday, February 28, 2025 | At Ski Lodge (lower level) | 6 PM | Prior registration recommended.
While this is a free event, participants and Snow Moon attendees are encouraged to donate to Therapeutic Adventures.
Therapeutic Adventures is a non-profit that provides opportunities for those with disabilities, illnesses, and other health needs to experience the outdoors through camps, adaptive sports clinics, retreats, races, and service projects. During the winter season, they provide adaptive ski/snowboard lessons on the Massanutten ski slopes!

Prior registration recommended. Walk ups will be welcome as space allows. In-person registration will start at 5:30 pm.

Age Groups
4 - 7 years old | 8 - 12 years old | 13 - 17 years old | 18+ years old if time allows!
Contest will start with youngest age groups first. Participants are encouraged to be there for the start of the event as session duration will depend on how many we have signed up for each age group.
Last year was a blast! This is a true family event. Come with a lot of smiles, and a little patience!
More About Therapeutic Adventures
Founded in 1981 Therapeutic Adventures provides greater accessibility to adaptive sports and adaptive outdoor adventures to individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. Therapeutic Adventures emboldens those individuals with the courage to improve their functional independence, health, fitness, and overall quality of life.
Massanutten Adaptive Snow Sports (M.A.S.S.) is provided in partnership with Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. This winter sports program is dedicated to serving persons of all ages and abilities who live with disabilities and complex medical needs. The focus of M.A.S.S. is to provide adaptive alpine instruction (skiing & snowboarding), helping individuals of all ages overcome a variety of challenges, to achieve functional independence, and to improve their quality of life.
With 42 years of continuous operation, M.A.S.S. has served hospitals and rehabilitation centers, therapeutic recreation departments, special education programs, groups, and private individuals.
Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. is a premier provider of adaptive sports and adaptive outdoor programs. We are proud of our highly trained and committed ALL volunteer staff. TA supports the following persons:

- Disabled Military, Veterans, First Responders, and their families
- Cancer Survivors
- Complex Medical Diagnoses and Other Special Health Needs
